I received jOG for the Wii today. I have tried it on two games so far. Super mario galaxy isn't easily playable - as you jog, the remote movement is detected and you find yourself spin attacking every now and then. This is ok - until you need to take a Koompa shell somewhere and it keeps getting thrown away.

You can switch it off very easily - but that's not really the point.

However - Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess works very well. Ok, every now and then you get your sword out, or swing at nothing - but that's not a problem. Joggin on the spot to get Link running down dungeons is really quite fun. It definitely adds to the experience.

The device is easy to use - though with Zelda, it didn't work on the first try (even when bypassed). But after plugging the Nunchuck in directly, then removing it and plugging it through the jOG, it worked fine until I stopped playing nearly an hour later.

There is a little display that tells you your steps and Kcal - so my playing burnt 175 Kcal with over 3,000 steps. Not bad considering this would usually burn very little.

In summary - any game that uses the Nunchuck, but doesn't mind if you wave the remote and the nuchuck around a bit, should be fine. If you want to test a game out (without the jOG), just trying jogging while you play...

P.S. I'm glad I bought it - now I have an excuse for playing Zelda/Okami - to improve my health!
