jOGging is an Opportunity!

Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience. Any form of movement is an opportunity to improve your health. jOG helps you to use your movement in an activity you wouldn't normally consider movement to be a part of!
Be active every day. Kids don't need a reason to play video games, but would probably need a reason to exercise, so why not combine the two! Make a habit of jOGging as a family instead of leaving the kids to there computer games. Exercise can help to combat depression and anxiety, and jOGging can bring the family together!
Do at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most, preferably all, days. Do your kids need to be told to do half an hour a day of exercise? What about gaming? jOG has an LCD screeen which can tell you the amount of steps done! There is also a reset button - so no cheating!
